Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Barbeque Guys. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2 business days.

We will contact you if, for any reason, there are delays with your order.

Shipment Locations

Domestic Only

The Barbeque Guys currently ships anywhere within Australia.

Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates

We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs vary depending on your location.

(i) Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

(ii) Delivery dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

(iii) The Barbeque Guys is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers at checkout.

Tracking Information

The Barbeque Guys aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Domestic Tracking

All orders delivered within Australia include tracking.

Your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Damages

If there is any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please contact us immediately at support@thebarbequeguys.com.

Missing or Lost Packages

There are several reasons why a package may become lost or experience a delivery exception. In many cases, the package has been left in a safe location, with a neighbour, or elsewhere around the delivery address.

The Barbeque Guys kindly asks customers to check common courier hiding spots before reporting a package as missing.
